They want to know if you're going to be promoting their offers using incentive methods using that particular method. Do you know what the incentive mean? That's what you should know

From the MaxBounty FAQ, "Incentive traffic is when a publisher offers a surfer a reward of some kind (virtual or real) to sign up to an advertiser through their publisher link".

The reason most networks don't really want incentive traffic is it's crap.

    Plain and simple.

If you have to bribe someone to do something, it's not good for the path of the offer.

How about bribing a free ipad and show offers related to ipad ?

Will you call that incentive marketing ?

They want to find out whether or not you are planning on promoting their offers using some incentives, such as give-aways in exchange for the traffic completing the offer, for example.

        Exactly ChrisBa.

MaxBounty does allow some types of incentives. Incentive accounts only have access to campaigns that allow incentive traffic. That way, no incentive traffic accidentally gets through to campaigns that don't want it. Sending incentive traffic to non-incentive campaigns is against terms (so don't lie!).

Also, there are types of incentivized traffic that no network wants to deal with. And like Jessica said, only some offers are open to incentivization. If you run incent traffic to a non incent offer it is a sure way to get your account terminated.
