How do I direct link?

If I'm correct, adcenter and adwords don't allow direct linking right? What is your strategy to finding traffic sources and offers that allow direct linking?

well nearly all offer allow direct linking. it's you who need to split test between direct link VS lander. There are still some platform such as Facebook, POf, 7 search etc where you can direct link to good offers

You can possibly get away with it on Facebook. Plenty of Fish is no problem, as well as 7Search, and pretty much all CPV networks.

Pretty much anything outside of Adwords and Adcenter will allow direct links, as far as I'm aware. Even those networks might allow DLs to certain offers, but who want to risk getting banned, right?

Just make sure to read the guidelines at the ad networks. Most of them wont allow certain things on the landers, like exit pops, etc. In those cases you would need to build your own landing page.

I use facebook and POF for direct linking, but I always iframe the affiliate page for facebook. Namely as a lot of the CPA network domains are blocked on facebook.

If you want the iframe code, just send me a PM and I can include another Tip which works well when iframing.

Does facebook not manually review the ads before they go live? Wouldn't they see that you are going directly to a domain that they have blocked even if you are iframing?

No, it works fine. I currently have three ads running all with framed direct affliate links.

LukePeerFly has the code on his site you can grab and confirmed it works.

  • I've also had some luck DLing through 7Search.

That said, why not test a landing page? Try building an animated LP through BannerSnack for free. You can do it pretty quick and it can warm up your traffic pretty well.

I don't believe a redirect won't work as the reviewer will ultimately land on the affliate URL.
