It's two week since i've received my US$ payoneer mastercard, but there's something i didn't know that is not fair IMO and pushing me to close the account, unless you confirm that i'ts normal: basically I have a 1% charge on every transaction i make, even those in U.S. For example if i pay $500 to Leadimpact i see $505 on my payoneer account.

This is their answer to my ticket (4 days later)
Anytime money crosses borders or currencies, MasterCard and the issuing bank apply processing fees to the transaction. This is true of both POS (Point-of-Sale) and ATM transactions.

When the Payoneer card is used for non-USD transactions, a currency conversion fee takes place based on MasterCard®'s exchange rate, which is adjusted regularly based on market conditions.

A similar fee is applied when your MasterCard card is used in USD but in a country other than that of the issuing bank. The processing fee charged with the Payoneer card can be up to 3%.

Please note that currency conversion fees and cross border fees are charged by all banks, and the fees charged with Payoneer cards are among the lowest in the market.

Please note that these are the fees associated with the Payoneer card, and cannot to be refunded.
    What do you think ?
    {{ DiscussionBoard.errors[6315976].message }}
  • Profile picture of the author Nissim
@Donald77: cross-border charges are imposed by MasterCard, and exist with all debit/credit cards (they are not specific to Payoneer). They would occur when using a card to make purchases in a country other than that of the card's issuing bank.

    Hi,

Can I use as european the payoneer card with their US services, so that amazon payout my commissions with bank wire to my payoneer card- so I have the amazon commissions faster than with their cheques? (2 months + 30 days cheque obligo).

Or does payoneer have a minimum amazon payout limit? I've hear from european affiliates, thet the payoneer card is only for the big affiliates??

Yes, international affiliates can certainly use our US Payment Service to receive payments from Amazon via US Direct Deposit. There is no limit to the amount that you can receive, and it is a great solution for affiliates of all sizes (we have no requirements for load amount).

If you'd like to apply for the service and already have a Payoneer card, please send me a PM or e-mail at nissimal@payoneer.com. If you do not have a card yet, you can apply using this link.

The Payoneer card is a Prepaid Debit MasterCard card. You can use it to make purchases online, in stores, and at ATMs worldwide that accept MasterCard.

Some bank tellers also allow you to make a signature based cash withdrawal, which is basically a cash withdrawal directly from the bank teller. This would depend on the bank and whether or not they allow it.

    Hi,

@Nissim, I ask amazon support I must see. Some european and german affiliates told me, that amazon would not make payoneer payout to non US affiliates, always per cheque.
Or I must have a US Corporation with an US Bank account (later I plan this.)

It is one thing what I can make with a payoneer card and their good services and it's another thing what amazon to.(I hope not will see amazon support)

    Hi,

Now I have back the answer from amazon affiliate support, they don't make bank deposit-bank wire to a payoneer card for an non US resident what a shame.

I would buy a card who is for me as amazon affiliate useless, payoneer should not promise that service (amazon bank wire) in their offer when it's not true-not possible.

Amazon shame is that a big global concern is not capable to make bank wire, but does amazon paying their non US resident suppliers in the world with cheques too? No- there they make bank wire, but for non US resident affiliates not.

What a shame for an global concern.

Squidoo is an alternative to make money as amazon affiliate, oh wonder, there they pay me monthly per paypal, I lost with this method 50% of my amazon affiliate commisssions, but I have my money monthly bank wire per paypal.

So what is better? Wait 3-3,5 months to have the full money from amazon (post deliver and obligo time) or only 50% of that commission, but I have the money monthly paypal bank wire, I think squidoo is better for me.

@marco005: Amazon is not an official partner of Payoneer, however our US Payment Service does allow you to receive US ACH transfers from Amazon.

From Amazon's end, it would be a simple payment to a US account via Direct Deposit/ACH. For more details on how the US Payment Service works, click here.

So Amazon don't need to fill up a form and get approved to send money to our account in Payoneer?

So does this mean any CPA network that will do bank transfer can transfer money to my Payoneer?

All payments received to the US Payment Service are automatically loaded to your Payoneer card. You can only receive payments from select corporations on our white list of approved senders.

You can of course also link your Payoneer card to your account with any of our official partners and receive payments that way.

Once you've been approved for the US Payment Service, we provide you with a US account and routing number. You can then enter those details into the payment form (for Direct Deposit) and all payments received to that account will be loaded to your Payoneer card.

OK, so we are all agreeing on one thing: that Payoneer is great. I think that, too. I'm using it for last couple of years, since ePassporte crashed down, and never had any problems... After ePassporte, I thought I'll never use any similar system, but Payoneer is just great, and going forward!

Nissim or David, can you please answer some questions:

            1. I already have regular Payoneer card. What info I need to PM you, so I can apply to US Payment Service?

            2. So, fee for direct deposit is 1%, regardless who pays (Clickbank, PayPal...)?

            3. If someone wants to pay to my Payoneer card with his/her credit card, Payoneer's current fee is about 3.75%. Is there a way for my US client to pay me using US Payment Service via direct deposit? And international clients? And, by the way, 3.75% is standard fee for all Payoneer cardholders, right?

            4. I don't have PayPal account. I see PayPal is on your list, so can someone from his/her PayPal account pay me through Payoneer US Payment Service to my Payoneer card, or it's just for withdrawal purpose for those already having PayPal account?

            5. Having US Payment Service enabled, that can't interfere, or harm my current account in any way?

Sorry for all these questions and my bad English, but I hope other warriors could find some answers interesting also.

              Hi,

Thanks for the great feedback, glad to hear you are enjoying the card.

To apply for the US Payment Service, please PM me your email address associated with your Payoneer account and I will send you the questionnaire.

Yes, the fee is 1% no matter which company pays you.

Currently, we only support payments to the US Payment Service for select US Corporations. So at this time individual clients would not be able to pay you with the service.
If the client is a corporation that sends payments to many people, contact me with their company name and I will see if we can add them to the US Payment Service list of companies.

At this time, you can only send payments from your own paypal account to your Payoneer Card with the US Payment Service.

Having the US Payment Service in no way will harm your Payoneer account. If you apply for it and decide not to use it, nothing will be charged and no harm done.

Please do not apologize, we are here to help and do not mind the questions at all. If you have any more, please feel free to ask. I look forward to your PM with your email address.

I thought it was great in the beginning but I've had more and more problems. The live chat with customer service is a joke. I once spent 30 minutes trying to convince one of the reps that no, I do NOT have to activate payments via clickbank since it's using a wire transfer. I had regular loads of a couple of hundred per month from a book partner, now it's rejected because of a $500 per month private load limit. The customer support is hazy at best when it comes to what can raise this limit. And my US payment service takes a very long time to activate. Personally, I will start rerouting more money through other services. A pity, it started off so good!

      Hi,

I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. Please note that there is no limit to the amount you can receive from Clickbank, or any of our additional partners.

The private loading service is subject to additional limitations, as the main purpose of your account is to receive payments from our official partners, or the US Payment Service.

If you'd like to send me a PM with your account e-mail and further information as to this issue, I would be more than happy to assist you.

I am based in NZ and find the customer service bad, they are slow to respond and their response time is over 4 days in follow up, I have submitted a support ticket and sent an email to David through this forum and in both cases I am still waiting for an answer to my ticket.

They are probably great to deal with if your based in USA but for us here in NZ you would get quicker service from a turtle swimming from Samoa with your answer.

The old we have a back log doesn't cut it as an excuse, if you have that much work in your inbox then employ more people period.

I would stay away from recommending Payoneer to anyone, because the customer service is terrible they sent me an email saying that my funds would be banked into my NZ bank account, this clearly has not happened, That Fulla David in this forum is just a Ghost because he didnt even show the courtesy of replying to my email that I sent him.

I believe the only reason I got an answer is because I brought my complaint to this forum and Nissim at least attempted, but shifted responsibility back to their partner provider and when I followed up with customer support I was advised that all is correctly set up at that end.

Anyways if your from NZ DONT deal with this cowboy outfit, because you wont get paid in a hurry! IF your interested COWBOYS here is the ticket Ticket# LTK1215303876439X and Nissim I have sent you an email with pictures enclosed

You can ask any customer support representative to speak with a supervisor, and they will generally be able to call you back within a few hours (up to 24). If you'd like to send me a PM with your Payoneer account e-mail and preferred contact method, I'd be more than happy to arrange for a customer support supervisor to get in touch with you.

Anyway, taking advantage of Mr Nissim's presence here; I want to suggest something that could make Payoneer MasterCard most favorite service not even in developing but also developed nations: Don't you think it will make your company hard to beat if you pay interest on the balance amount of the client rather than to charge a monthly maintenance fee on your card. This will also enhance your circulation capital and indeed you will earn discount advantage between your bank and clients. I am looking it as an ideal win-win situation.

    A few questions:
    1) I can only deposit paypal to payoneer, not payoneer to paypal correct?
    2) Is there an atm with draw fee? I would assume so since there is for a good majority.
    3) The check balance fee, is that to see it at an atm, or doing it online?
    4) What are the other fees assoiciated with payoneer?

      To answer your questions:

      1. In addition to using our US Payment Service to receive payments, you can also add your Payoneer card to PayPal and use it to make purchases online. Just make sure the card is loaded with funds when you add it, as it is prepaid.

      2. There is a cash withdrawal fee, which is a small flat fee. The exact amount is listed during the Payoneer account sign up, and can then be viewed at any time via your Payoneer online account.

      3. Checking the balance via the ATM has a charge as the ATM network charges for this operation. You can check your balance fee of charge by visiting our website, using our mobile app, or calling our support line.

      4. A full list of pricing is available during the Payoneer account sign up, and can then be viewed at any time via your Payoneer online account.

I was wondering if there are any US residents that have and use the Payoneer branded debit card?

Through my research, I've found that there are a lot of individuals that inquire about this same question, but are given no useful answers; except from the general one that the company's reps reply with. Generally, it is a statement that states that due US regulations, they cannot issue the card directly to applicants.

The problem that I have, is finding a suitable Payoneer partner to do business with. (The closest possibility that I found is Fastspring. If anyone here has experience with this company, please let me know.) So, it really would be helpful if anyone can help me to find one. Thanks.

I can confirm, payoneer is awesome. Where I had my problems with, as a freelancer, I found it a bit complicated to "allow card loads"... still not sure if it actually works for me (lazy to check)

But all in all - top service for a decent price

    • They get my vote too, awesome service for people
outside the US, their support is great too, and so far
zero problems for transferring money from PayPal
to Payoneer, and zero problems for making payments
      online.

This blog post has information on how it works.

Clickbank sends payments via US Direct Deposit to your Payoneer account. The cost is 1% per payment.

I'm in UK and have a question regarding AMZ US.

I have read that Payoneer can receive payments from AMZ US if you have an AMZ seller account.

If you have an affiliate account with Amazon US can payoneer receive your affiliates commission payments rather that getting paid by that caveman method known as checking
