So, I'm trying to promote my site with google adwords and they keep disapproving me.
Excuse: Because I have CPA offers on my site.
Ok, fine, I get it.

BUT when I do a search, let's say "free stuff" I see:
Free Samples, Free Stuff, Freebies - FreeSamples4All.com
etc.
How all this people do it?

Yes, its a tricky thing to do. Its Blackhat...you can show the normal ads that they need and after you have been approved, you just change the page, not the URL or else google will catch on to you easy. I have done this with FB marketing

What is your site like? Is it a full site optimized for seo with lots of pages and unique content? This is pretty much what it takes to use Adwords these days.

Wondering if you knew the answer to this question. Lets say that I have a site with lots of unique and useful content (hundreds of pages). Now lets say that my website's purpose is to create leads. Do you think Google would allow me to ask for detailed information on the sign up page? Such as name, last name, email, phone, address, zip, etc.. Or would that be considered data mining?

      Thanks

People do this all the time, this is fine, but you still have to abide by their landing page guidelines.

Example: Type in payday loans and click on any ad, 1 out of 2 have a form that collects information to send to other companies.

You're right. I tried that and the first site that i clicked on, even goes as far as asking for bank account number!

          Thanks

edit: they could have a script that hides their website and shows google another 'legit' site.
