Get facebook payment problem after add credit card.

I created my account yesterday,
after add my credit card I got this msg:

Ad Manager Error
Our systems have detected unusual payment activity on your account. As a security precaution, the payments functionality on your account has been disabled and all of your ads have been stopped. For more information, please contact us.

Click here to return to the Ads Manager


I contact the support but still not get any reply.

This is my first account...

pls help..

    Does your credit card information match your geographical location? As in, the address on your CC says corresponds to your IP addresses location. Other then that, are you using a virtual credit card?

    This happened to your brand new account or existing account. Normally this appear when your account gets banned. If they find any ads breaking their rules they may ban your account but the message will show up as the payment problem. I experienced this in past.

    Have you used a virtual credit card?

    It's better to wait till you find a response. For a new account, it may take time for activating the system. For agbsnv, I think it's better to post new thread if you have totally a different problem than the going thread.

    Have anyone recovered after "Our systems have detected unusual payment activity on your account..."?
    The problem might be:
    - connecting to internet through mobile modem, what means variable IP and geographic location. The same IP use many people.
    - adding coupon code

    This problem also occured when I was starting fb advertising,and my account was banned. It was an account with very less activity,maybe that was the problem. After that I used my personal account and with same payment option and same card it is working without any problem.

    FB will not allow to post fake brand products.
    check your IP also.
