Interesting Update Indeed. Also, note that the Washington AG dismissed most of their suit, leaving a simple CAN-SPAM complaint.

Really makes me wonder if in trying to make points, they are just going after anyone?

    I wonder, it all didn't make much sense to me from the start but I am new to the industry compared to other seasoned players so I guess a lot does not clique. How much do you think adscend paid to make this go away? A settlement must have been what went on or is there any other information contributing facts to another reason? Article is a bit lacking.

    There has been information released, I just found these filed via an automatic search. Considering the Wash AG just dropped most of their case... I'm gathering we will hear more.
