Tribal Fusion is best in all CPM advertising networks.

I agree with primitivenet ,Tribal Fusion, ValueClick Media, Casale Media, and Burst Media are great for established websites with a good steady flow of traffic. These sites offer the highest CPM rates in my opinion.

Have you tried selling banner ad space yourself? It may be more profitable then dealing with an ad network.

But you could also try Bidvertiser, Kontera, Infolinks, Chitika or Text-link-ads as well!

I recommend Infolinks and Bidvertiser. Colleagues who were banned by Adsense used them and some of them earned bigger than what they were getting in Adsense.

I also recommend Infolinks for earning money from your blogger and website.

My vote goes to AdBrite and AdHits. Both works great for me.

Infolinks and Bidvertiser are good. I am hoping for these guys to dominate adsense. I've heard so many horror stories about Big G suspending accounts and retaining thousands of dollars in earnings.

I would be very careful with AdHits, especially the banner advertising as a publisher. You have a choice of which countries you want to target for traffic but even then your not guaranteed that. If your lucky you get the clicks but no conversions.

The best alternative to an Adsense account is to get multiple Adsense accounts . That said, Chitika should be considered a good alternative to Adsense. Infolinks can considered a good alternative as well as a good complement to Adsense.

Also, if your site is niche based, you may want to look at selling ad space, list-building and CPA methods if applicable.

The truth is there is no alternatives to adsense , All which mentioned are far behind from adsense as far as earning concern. But i see edomz dot com cost per view network is also a good network.

I choose ReachJunction. It offers different revenue models to maximize my revenue.

I think Adsense is unique one,there is nothing comparing to Adsense when it comes to profit,I suggest chitika ads for you,Chitika is not highly customizable but gives you good cpa.

as far as i got it right - you have access to tribal fusion, valueclick and such big ad markets

Im reselling huge amounts of traffic (getting low, selling high), and it comes easy with adult traffic, but i have problems with getting in big stocks with my nonadult traffic, since im a reseller and i dont have a "proper website" which looks like the traffic source.

So im having like $15-30k/mo flow in adult, and cant spread wide with nonadult :/

If you have a niche site then you've no business putting adsense on there. Dating, weight loss, hair loss, in any sort of niche like this you'll make a load more cash with CPA/CPS offers. For a start AdSense and the CPA networks take up to 30% of the ad value for their own.

The very best AdSense replacements are direct affiliate deals with vendors. Most folk here have never heard of this, because it takes some effort to find the deals.
