I was unsure if to post here or in the jv section, but I figure here is better as some other users may get use of links added (eg ebooks, training).

My experience is general digital marketing with some affiliate & I am putting the feelers out for assistance in a new venture into cpa/lead gen/co-reg (of which I have no real experience). Potentially this assistance could be in the form of a mentor or training...I would even consider a partner/co-founder if they had a lot of experience in the right area (& ideally are UK/Ireland based).

I have a respectable site which "launched" about 6 weeks ago & is getting +100k visitors per month with 14k registrations. Returning visits is good, so the site seems pretty sticky in terms of content.

I am looking to develop this into a long term business and, although currently 100% UK focused, it has global potential.

The reason I say "launched" is because the site is still not listed in Google due to traffic-related "performance" issues - I don't want to promote it too much until we can iron out some of the bottlenecks. I'm also looking at a complete re-build & am researching developers with good experience.

Target market is currently UK and lends itself towards saving money, prize draws, free stuff & possibly earning money (simple stuff like surveys)...I do not want "quick buck" spammy CPA offers; I want people to come back to the site long term & am even considering a low-cost subscription model.
