Peerfly ,maxbounty are considered as newbie friendly networks and they are good networks to work with best part is they both have weekly payments and pay every time on time .. , have you applied with them ?

Maxbounty is said to be the best or one of the best atleast. But their approval process is not straight forward. They truly validate your site before approving.

Peerfly, MaxBounty...

For other networks I'm in I had to put efforts and call them, sometimes more then one time. In one network they already recognized me by voice before they aproved my application, because I nagged them for almost a week always hearing things like "he is in the meeting/ lunch/ vacation/ out of country/ on the phone"

easy approvals? depends what you mean... if you want networks that don't require phone verification and just accept or denie you based on your application,(you'll have to fib a little on your experience and trak record), then I know of a few. oterwise peerfly is easy as well as limelightCPA.

Peerfly approves new publishers instantly!

As long as you have a decent looking .com (~5 articles) in the internet marketing niche, most of (80%+) CPA companies will accept you!

If you're on a tight budget, go with blogger & 3-4 movies reviews. Worked for me like a charm!
