Critique My Content Locking Plan - Targeting Music Forums

Ok so a few reasons I think this will work.

1) Have been a member at various different music forums for years.
2) Have a great reputation on all of them.
3) I know people look forward to my stuff as some of my threads get thousands upon thousands of views.

I will be offering exclusive, high quality music samples to music producers all over the internet. These are all made by myself using expensive hi end hardware synths that I own. I will allow them to hear a short demo of my samples, than plan on content locking them on my own website.

My method for generating traffic will include a ton of music forums, posting threads with links to my samples. Then I will join music groups on facebook, and post my links within the groups. Then additionally I will make youtube videos, with short clips of my samples, and have forums, facebook, and youtube all pointing to my site.

Users will hear the samples, realize these are not your typical sounds, and immediately gain interest. I'm not sure exactly what offers I'm going to use, but either way the content will be locked so if they want the sounds, they're going to have to complete the offers no matter what.

Now my question. Does this sound like a genuine plan I can start making money with? I see how many people are on some of these music forums, thousands of producers, they are always looking for new hi quality samples, so I figure this should definitely work.

ps. I can even allow them to download a few samples for free, just to get a better taste before filling out the offers. Figure this should create a solid enough incentive to wanna download.
