I am interested in starting a CPA Network. Has anyone here worked as an affiliate manager at one the networks? I would like to speak with you. I have some specific questions about advertiser acquisition and subcontracting offers through larger networks. Some of my CPA networks have links that go through other CPA networks. I check out the same offer at one network and it pays out $2.00 and the sub network payouts 1.25 on the same offer. I'll assume they are making 75 cents every time someone a publisher on their own network generates a lead. Am I right in my thinking?

Thanks.

Thats fine if you don't want to start a network. I do. Unfortunately, people often make things seem very complicated and hard when in fact they are simple concepts. And maybe you've read some of my old posts...but you know what..you can learn a lot in a few months of focusing.

I already know pieces of how these CPA networks operate but there are some fine details I would like to know by speaking to someone who actually worked at one. This is exactly how I started my last business (asking questions when I knew nothing) and sold the business to the largest player in my industry 6 years later.

Where there is a will, there is a way.

      Best,

Any idea what script you're going to use to run it all?
Thought about which payment gateway and systems you'll run?
Know who you're going to call to get offers running?
Or are you just thinking you'll make a quote network endquote by running other nets offers by getting a higher payout and getting people under you to run the offers like a "super affiliate"? And if so, how are you going to get those people?

I'm really not trying to be offensive, but from the look of a lot of your previous posts, you really don't know enough to run one of these properly.

      Hell, I wouldn't touch running a net with a 10' pole!

Why are you asking affiliate managers about running a network?

    That doesn't make sense.

Hi PPC-Coach. I'm not gonna ask affiliate managers about running a network, I'm going to ask them a few questions about how things worked at their networks. This is simply a way of connecting the dots for me. I have a good idea about how the overall infrastructure works, but I would like to solidify the details with people who have worked at these networks.

      Thanks.

I'd be glad to help out and give you the ropes.
First off, do you have a year to invest and are you willing to stick with it
when things go up and down? As in any business, it takes a REAL commitment
to start AND maintain something. If you're looking to make a million by the end of the year, go play the lottery!
