    • Did anyone get the $300 yet? I signed up and added the code but balance still shows at $0. I'm wondering if they'd start charging my credit card if I keep this campaign running, since now they have my payment info but apparently haven't credited my account for the $300.

  • $300 is a big amount and I don't think that you will get it free! However, as I am not from US, I have no way to check. Waiting with curiosity to see that someone will come and say, "I received the amount, it's not fake"!!

  • is it true for $300 free advertising. Is it only for US Residents or for Residents of other countries also . Am have checked Bing and its showing no such advertising support for India
  • I'm just wondering, would Bing be creating a mailing list integrated with an email Autoresponder? So we rush with our names, emails and other details, this then triggers off the Autoresponder email series where Bing sell us everything under the sun. I might be totally wrong.

  • Thanks. I just added this code to an existing account that I already applied $275 in promotion codes to. Now I have $575 in free clicks. (I haven't yet begun a campaign on that account, so maybe it is still considered new).

    I just included a screenshot. As you can see, the account was actually opened almost a month ago, but I just haven't sent any clicks through it yet.




    For those who have applied the code and see a $0 balance, that's normal. Your balance is how much you are actually charged.

    If you want to see how much of your free credit you have left, go to "Accounts&Billing", click on the "Billing" tab, then it will show your account and ask the length of time you want to see Billing activity for. "Past 30 days" is already pre-selected. Just click "Go" and you will see every promotional credit you have entered and how much of each promotional credit you have left vs. how much of your credit has been used up by clicks.

    • To see the credit, you need to click Accounts & Billing then click the Billing tab then click Go to show the activity for the last 30 days.

    • No, it only works for new US accounts.
    • The first activation fees required to activate. Then the coupon code has to put to avail the facilities. I have tried and activated my a/c then I put the coupon code still my a/c shows 0 balance. My ad is running and impression, click, spent amount. I couldn't understand about this whether they will charge a lot or not.

  • This is a great offer but I did not want to give them my paypal. I know its microsoft but I've never used PPC before and don't trust them.

    I probably wont be able to shut off a campaign or something and they'll start draining hundreds of dollars from my account (once the $300 is gone).

    What are the chances of something like this actually happening btw?

  • It mostly work for US accounts and if one fraudly open it as US account then guess what, your location will get caught by bing and they will send you a polite email Sorry its not available in your country. Better luck next time. It happens to me a year ago.
