Peerfly Advertisers Shaving Leads? How to know if an advertiser is Legit?

Okay guys here goes my little story,

Using Peerfly.com I was promoting this offer.

Offer allows email marketing and banner ads only.

In all my CPA campaigns I direct my traffic to a Squeeze Page get them on my list then
Promote whatever I want to them, the strategy works very well.

Recently I promoted this offer sent a ton of traffic only to see 3 leads total in my account!
Now I am sure most of my traffic completed the offer form. Why?

-Offer is very simple to complete
- My tracking is showing me the signed up!
-The amount of traffic good enough. "email Traffic just what they wanted"
-People are desperate for the offer anyway.

So in a nutshell conversions were good and all the sudden nothing, nada! Zero! Zlitch

Whats going on? How do you know if an advertiser is Legit?

I have not done that thanks for suggesting,
however using the same methods with other offers on peerfly I have had
No problems. I know it has nothing to do with network itslef.

My questions was How do you make sure the advertiser is legit and won't rip you off?

I don't see why you'd be running into issues with your email traffic. Have you emailed the same offer more than once or a similar offer? For example, you send out an iPhone email submit and then a few days later send out another? Obviously that's not going to work. With AWeber you can mail to only the people who didn't open your previous blast. You might want to try that

          Hi Luke!

Would you mind explaining Why mailing the same offer or different
Every other day won't work with aweber, seems strange to me.

P.S like I said with other offers conversions were better.

So other than just testing(which is great) how do you know if an advertiser is legit?

          Thanks,

          KaL.

You shouldn't run into any issues with our advertisers. If you're mailing the same offer to the same people obviously it's not going to convert after a short period.

It could possibly be the advertiser shaving leads, or they could be disqualifying your leads for some reason. Or it could just be a poor-converting offer. Or it could be a brokered offer from another network and they could be shaving or disqualifying your leads. There are a lot of variables to the equation and literally any one of them could be taking place along the pipeline from initial click to conversion.

At the very least, that's why you always test first.

The offer could have went down, you could have got scrubbed by the advertiser, (most likely especially on email submits), your emails may not have been opened, there's a million reasons why conversions drop. A competitor could have come along and eaten your lunch for you to, that happens a lot.

There is no real way to be for sure, as a good rule of thumb always test between different offers and across different networks, this way you will know if its your traffic that's the issue or the network, advertiser or offer
