Help in bringing traffic to my CPA offer

Hello,

I created a free (wordpress based) blog and promoting one offer from adscendmedia which pays 1.20$
The offer is for US only
I am in question how I can drive traffic to it?
As I can see the offer is not high paying too.
So I am looking for driving some traffic so if I can convert 0.5% it will be a boost up. (considering 10,000 us visitors)
mtmjohn helped in basic and suggested me to open a thread.

    Depending on the offer you can try youtube, facebook, twitter and other social platforms for fast targeted traffic.

    You could also try adwords,facebook ads or msn ads but that can be very costly!

    there are literally TONS of free options for you to consider:

    - article marketing
    - blog commenting
    - pdf's to scribed.com
    - slideshows to slideshare.com
    - videos on youtube
    - ads on free classified sites
    - social media (twitter, facebook fanpage, Google Plus)
    - forum signatures
    - Squidoo lenses
    - Hubpages
    - make more free blogs

    Here are some paid options:
    - Google Adwords PPC
    - Facebook ads
    - MSN
    - LinkedIn ads

    As you can see, there are a lot of options available, but you have to put in time and effort.

    I cant post on craiglist as I do not belong to USA..
    working on fan page and other starter methods but something substantial which can work long term and scaled up.
