First of all, don't buy any WSO that people are going to recommend you after seeing this thread. Try to learn how everything works and then select a PPC network to work with. I recommend starting with Facebook because it requires the least effort and there is a ton of volume. You will quickly learn how everything works.

I got from 0 to 100/day in just 3 days with FB. I had to lose a couple hundred bucks to get started but it was well worth it.

I agree with costi, look into CPV. This paid traffic is very inexpensive. Once you know what you are doing, you can drive tons of traffic to an opt-in page or an offer.

Consider driving your traffic to an opt-in page first to capture the email on your list. After you capture the email address, give the new subscriber your CPA offer. This will return to you the money to buy more traffic. Then you can market to your list.

Keep increasing the size of your list with CPV traffic, and keep marketing to your ever expanding list.

I agree that PPV traffic can be cheaper, but it's intrusive and, therefore, low quality traffic, which is the reason why it is cheap. Of course, PPV is used by the biggest marketers out there and can be very profitable, but, honestly, I don't think this is the easiest traffic for a beginner to deal with.

It's not just about the price of the traffic, you also need high quality traffic that's easier to convert and, for this reason, I believe Facebook is the best traffic source for someone who is new to paid advertising. You can get cheap traffic there if you go international and focus on getting a high CTR, and the traffic will be laser targeted and will convert. I usually recommend my students to have $250 - $300 to get started with Facebook, so your budget should be more than enough to get something going there.

Just make sure that you learn as much as you can about the traffic source and then be prepared to test several campaigns. You will need to conduct small tests with angles, offers, ads, etc... Once you get a winning combination, scale it and you can make good money for a few weeks.

Be careful also with Facebook as it can get very expensive if you target US, and let's not forget about POF for dating offers.

WOW that is a big budget you can spend it with cpc advertising networks or cpv ( cost per view ) networks. I would suggest to start with POF!

CPV come from cost per view, try leadimpact where your first deposit should be $200, but I want to say it again don't forget to optimize and track everything you do otherwise you're just wasting your money.
