If you are paralyzed, then look for job in NGO (non-government organization). I am sure there are many good NGO in a country like Bangladesh who recruit disabled people.

It is not that tough when comparing to article writing. I would suggest blog commenting. Start to gather best reputed blogs on few particular niches ( Eg. Find your client through analyzing their profile and approach them with your proposal, like you can make comments on best reputed blogs for their site. You can earn money for each approved comment. I agree to some of the posts above, if you need to start earning without spending anything... then article writing canbe a good venue. It won't take much of your time and with your skills I am sure you can handle it well. I suggest you can save a little for your IM venture. You can do this alongside your article writing, this way you can support your family while you are still trying to make your IM to turn out beneficial.

2)I have tryed and still trying JustBeenPaid.com, MicroWorKers.com and MinuteWorkers, but most offers do not support BD. Recently I tried these sites for 4 hours and earned total 75 cents only.
