Question about FB ads

Are Facebook ads considered social traffic? I just want to get that straight since the offer I want to promote does not allow social traffic.

    Yes, Facebook Ads are social traffic. Also Youtube traffic sometimes is considered as social traffic.

    Social Traffic:
    Facebook Ads
    Facebook Fan pages
    Facebook Apps
    Twitter
    MySpace
    Youtube
    etc....

    But you should follow the network guidelines about the prohibited social traffic like twitter (in many networks) and Facebook fan pages (Direct linking) lately.

    Yes, but it's best to get in touch with your affiliate managers to be sure.

    For sure is considered social traffic, but the best solution if you are not sure about your traffic source, better ask your AM, he will be able to guide towards a safe traffic source for promoting that offer.
