Careers & Jobs traffic, need ideas...

I can deliver about 1000 tagreted USA clicks/day from searches like

autocad jobs ga
bus driving jobs
family dollar jobs
weekend jobs ri
immediate hiring jobs dc
jobs oklahoma city

etc.

Tried few CPA offers (email/zip career realted), but conversion sucks. Do you have any ideas how is better to monetize such traffic?
I feel that there is a money, but don't know this market.

    There are lots of CPA offers people looking for job. You may try contacting your AM and ask for offers that suits your niche.

      Actually I'm asking about some specific campaign/products, which can help these people and me
      I can register in any network, but have no time and desire send another 2-3k clicks to another one "enter email and get spammed" rubbish.

    Why don't you direct them to one of the outsourcers website. Elance pays per lead.

    Tell them they can find a job on Elance > They sign up > You get paid

    For better conversion, make sure you pre-sell the offer.

      as i see from searches, most of them are "real offline people" like busdrivers and so on
      But thanks for idea, probably i can filter some it people for elance.

    i think the problem is your offer. you haven't selected the right offer for the right visitors. Let your visitors are in need of job and you are offering them dating offers
    I think this type of silly mistakes has occurred.Check it out.

    There are tons of job offers. What are you so worried about? Just go get them and push those offers. They will convert well as you got targetted traffic. ( I assume.)
