2nd tier ppc networks?

Why not you try facebook for international offers. I am getting clicks at pennies(but less conversions). I never had problem getting affiliate links approved,even I don't cloak them. Try it out.

Can anyone share experiences with any of these networks. It seems like 7search is the best 2nd tier ppc network, yet everyone complains about their volume or quality.

I have experience with 7search and it still works well for me .. all you need to do is to find niches where competition is low .. the more high competition there more you loose

I would suggest you to go with the big PPC networks, if you think that it's easier to work with second tier networks then don't forget that you get second tier traffic and second tier volume...don't try to make it easier, try to make it work for you!
