I’ve been working with them since 2010 and never had a problem getting paid before until last month. In April 2012 I earned $62.5 on Affiliate Wise and then i earned $858 on May, but I never received my April payment , i contacted them few times to asked about the payment, until they just terminated my account , they said my promotion method is not fit to them & advertising partners.for the offer that i didnt worked before ??

I really dissapointed ...

My emails and phone calls to Affiliatewise office didnt get any follow up . Is anyone else having problems getting paid by Affiliate Wise?

I haven't worked with this company, so can't say anything either way.

I suggest you informing them about bringing up the issue on forums, maybe that will catch their attention to respond to you.

Also are you sure that traffic you ran wasn't any troublesome and problematic?

In any case, if I were you, I'd ask for a lead report which should outline all the useragents and what not.

    Cheers man!

Hope you receive your $$$ if they're legit.

yes...were your promotion methods between the posts and legit? It's possible if something was done wrong on your end that they didn't get paid on their end and thus they won't pass on the commissions to you. If you did everything between the posts, then certainly pursue your earned money!

I agree but we don't have any information about the above situation. I agree that when they can, networks should warn affiliates about their traffic right when they find out it's not working.

Sometimes affiliates are to blame though...they hide, blank and do lots of funky stuff to traffic to make it hard for the network to catch them so in that case, I can see commission denials being justified.

So good points on both sides but we don't know the full story about this one scenario in the OP

We definitely are not a scam and have been around for years. If you go to any of the industry shows, you've probably been to a event or party we've sponsored. There are many team members here at Affiliatewise, not a "one man scam" We send notices to every affiliate if there are compliance or quality issues but if the offence is severe it can result in immediate termination.

I disagree, about a year ago yes but with companies like scrubkit and Proxy Deter i do not agree.

Ill be the first to tell you when we check the reports and it looks shady we will contact them and ask them to explain before anything is done, However when it is 100% obvious they are promoting offers fraudulently then we do not send a curtsey email, Because they know what they are doing and know why they were blocked.

These fraud tools are wonderful assets to a network, why in the heck give them our findings so they can better correct there strategy and just be better at ripping off another network.

I agree if it looks shady and we can't be 100% we will ask them about there traffic source, but when its as clear as day we are not gonna cater to them to help aid in the improvement of getting past these tools that networks use.

About your whitehat statement I do not know, but the second a advertiser complains i load up the reports, And if we do not see something in these reports we will not ban them and will try to find out exactly from the advertiser what the issue is.

I will be the first to admit i do not see the point in CPL offers, because that just not backing out line annoys the heck out of me, I understand the advertiser is there to make money understandable, However if you want sales then make a CPS offer and stop wasting your time with CPL's Most of the times these never back out, It is not the affiliates fault no one bought into the BS free ipad offer or Joined a dating site where you live in a town with a population limit of 382 and there are 212 ppl from your town on that dating site then never turn around and pay for a subscription.

Maybe if the advertisers main goal was not to trick a user into a sale by lying in the first place there would be a much better turn around on these CPL offers

    Hey Emma,
Sorry to hear you're having problems. I too had some payment issues with Affiliate Wise in January 2012 (see http://www.warriorforum.com/ad-netwo...ils-calls.html), but they did end up coming through. The payment was just delayed due to the advertiser taking their own sweet time paying Affiliate Wise.

What was your promotion method that they had issues with?

    Hi Emmanuel,

My apologies for not finding this thread sooner, I couldn't find a payment for an affiliate the amount you specified. If you could provide me some information I could look into it for you.

As far as phone calls and follow ups, who were you trying to contact?

Unfortunately there are some unethical networks out there that do not pay, shave leads, etc.. however there are many affiliates out there who are scamming the system, lead stuffing, providing false identities, incentivizing non-incent offers and expect to be paid.

You can pretend to be scot-free and clean all you want, or you can admit that you're playing the game too and pay your affiliates.

In the end, stealing from multi-millionaires is OKAY, they don't need another BMW or Benz, you need that money to pay for your electric, heat and water bills and to put food on your table.

A good affiliate network knows this and will pick their affiliates over the advertiser.

Most of you greedy networks favor advertisers over us.

Worse comes to worse, we'll just find another way to do it (or another network).

If you didn't shave leads, skim profits and/or cheat affiliates, we wouldn't need to bolster our wallets just to be able to pay our rent.
Dude, you really hate networks. Sure you weren't working with EWA?

Your logic is completely flawed here. First of all your calling all affiliate networks cheats, thief's, scammers and generally just out for screw over their affiliates. That blanket statement is just ignorance. Ive worked with many networks that are very good and pay like clockwork. on the flip side, i've worked with some ****ty ones as well. Affiliatewise is a good network, worked with them for years and Robbie is awesome. Never had payment issues from them.

You've obviously have been burnt and that sucks, go talk to your therapist and show them on the doll where the network touched you. This is not helping the OP. Go grind you ax and spit your false logic elsewhere.

Affiliate Wise is DEFINITELY NOT one of those networks that cheats their affiliates. Robbie Baldwin is my affiliate manager there and he rocks! He always goes out of his way to ensure I've got the best payouts and the best creative. If you get to request an AM there, go with Robbie.

They are known for this tactic of sudden termination without warning, and even if you had violated terms, they have to tell you what you did wrong. If your income was earned in prior month to termination, you should have gotten paid. Threaten their butts is the best method to get action. And listing your issues on every RipOff and Complaint site is a sure way to take revenge. Any company who wants to see their name on top of scam boards is insane, they will lose more business than what is owed you, this is a fact.

    Good luck,

      Good luck,
This is just simply not true. Immediate termination is only in place for blatant infractions like stolen identities, sold accounts and just outright fraud such as lead stuffing, using stolen CC on CPS offers etc.

Income earned the prior month should be paid? We can not pay on stolen identities or false tax and SSN info. The IRS would have a field day with the mis-reported earnings to someone else.

If its simply a true quality issue without any fraud involved then it should and will be paid.
