how do i write a report?

I'm trying to write my first diet report to give away when people opt in on my landing page. I'm pretty familiar with weight loss, but don't know how to get started. I don't have ms word, or how many words to write.

    If you don't have MS Word then download Openoffice. They also have option to save your file as pdf.

    Just use any free word processor and the report length doesn't matter, just give content. There are absolutely no rules when it comes to this, just roll up your sleeves and take action

    Quality matters more than quantity in these free reports. Just write in some points about the things which you know regarding this topic and which could be helpful for the end reader.
    You should be able to impress the subscribers with this report and few follow up mails and then only trust between you and the subscriber becomes stronger which will lead to nice CR to the offers you send to them.
