oh, it's a bad experience. it's better to remove your cc from account or change it to a random card number in the future once you want to cancel an account. maybe a prepaid card will be better for online payment

Infolink is a good advertising platform and they even charge you after receiving the traffic not before. So you should have noticed that the traffic still comming in before you been charged.

Have you contacted them and asked why your ads still running while your account is off?

I told them to deactivate my account before finishing my credit. I do not understand why they can continue charging even after disabling my account.

Another point: They do not allow delete your payment method information.

I am sorry for any inconveniences you have encountered. As Pamela said we are constantly striving to make our customers experience better and any/all feedback from our customers is valued.
Our system is a post pay system so you will be charged after any traffic you receive either when you hit your billing threshold or reach 3x your daily budget. If neither of those have occurred in 30 days, you will be charged at the 30 day mark. When an account is turned off, there is typically a left over balance due. If there is still a balance due on the account upon deactivation, then you will be billed 30 days later for that amount. That is why you were charged after your account was turned off.

Infolinks ONLY charges after they have sent you traffic. So if your credit was billed, it was traffic that they had already sent you.

I have worked with them for over the last year with no issues and in my opinion have some of the best quality traffic if you are willing to work with their optimization team.

Hi Gauher, I am currently trying to make info links work, but their support is virtually non existent. It took about 2 weeks to get a reply, but in the reply they did not point out where the 'Optimize Keywords Tool' is even though they referred to it.

And we are now another 2 weeks down the road and they still have not responded.

On their help pages it mentions the 'Optimize Keywords Tool' but no links to where it is.

Can you assist with this, I just need a link?

In regards to your credit card being charged after your account has been turned off: if you have any outstanding balance left on your account (for traffic you have already received), you will be charged 30 days after your account has been turned off. This is why you may see a charge about a month after you have turned your account off.

In regards to the optimization keyword tool: That tool is not currently client facing, but please reach out to our adsupport team with any questions or requests regarding this tool and they will be more than happy to assist you with that data and information.

Yeah, I've seen that too. Was ranked 1 for my keywords and getting clicks everyday then about 2 weeks ago it just stopped dead. No clicks, no impressions (day before I was getting 1,000's), nothing.

I figured they didn't want my business any more or had shut down. Either way, didn't have a huge credit with them so didn't worry and moved on to something else.

Strange how this happens.. My traffic dropped yesterday evening. Today about 90% of my campaigns received no clicks at all.

Infolinks has been a good traffic source for me for the past 2 months, so i hope this gets resolved. If not, i dont know any other good in-text networks that could work just as well..

The reason that your not getting clicks is because only the top bidders get clicks. And you don't know where you stand when you bid because they don't show you what the highest bidder is bidding for specific keywords. This is an awful system as you constantly have to either tweak your campaigns bid or contact an AM which takes a while to get back to you. Something like 7search's platform is easier to outbid your competition because they show you what another person is bidding for certain keywords.

Understand this, but according the keyword ranking I was No. 1 for some keywords and impressions and clicks for those k/w still dropped to zero overnight.

That's odd.. Someone could have easily outbid your top bid over night causing your clicks to drop.. Generate daily reports to make sure your still number 1.. other than that contact an AM and find out whats going on then.

If I were you, I would contact Ad Support to see what the issue is. There could be a plethora of reasons why your traffic took a huge hit. For one, there could've been a single publisher that ended their relationship with Infolinks that was sending you the bulk of the traffic for your campaign.

If you are tracking, check your referrers to see if this is the case.

If not, then your best bet will be to contact ad support.

Yeah it is.. I would suggest hiding your keywords from your network. I think its possible that someone could easily take all of your keywords that are converting and do the same thing your doing and just outbid you... I am not saying that this even happened, just an extra tip to keep your keywords safe.
