Question about pixel firing

Hi guys, I am Curious I want to know if it's possible to place a pixel on an offers thank you page and every time someone completes it , it fires. Would I have to contact my AM to do this and is it possible to do it on my own? Thanks!

Edited ** I have an add on to this question if anyone can help.

Now this obviously leaves a footprint for the cpa networks to see where your traffic is coming from but I want to hide it so they can't discover it... So how would I go about not leaving any footprints and cloak this?

Most networks allow you to place pixels without having to contact your affiliate manager.

You are absolutely right that entering a tracking pixel from your ad network will show the CPA network and the advertiser where you are buying traffic from. The way around this is to use your own tracking system. I'm familiar with Prosper 202, and it gives you the ability to iframe the tracking pixel from your ad network. This means you can just place the pixel from Prosper 202 into your CPA network, and you'll get conversion data in Prosper 202 and your ad network!

This is only possible if your CPA network supports image pixels.
