I like YeahCPA because they pay weekly (every Thursday) regardless of your earnings and I also like PeerFly, they can pay as fast as 8 hours but they charge a higher percentage for rush payments.

There is no best network to be honest. It all depends on the niche and on what kind of traffic your going to run. Better stick with well known networks like peerfly, c2m, a4d, ewa, maxbounty, w4, above all offers, adscendmedia, adsimilis etc and you should be fine.

- niche you want to promote
- payment threshold
- payment methods
- reputation (see forums)
- responsiveness of network

As someone stated. It really depends on what you want to and how you want to do it. One network could be great for one niche and then terrible for another. Although there is a few areas where some will shine. If your wanting to know about reliability then I would just do research on any network you might be interested in. But for the most part it is going to depend on what your trying to accomplish.
