Mate, you have pointed out a very important facts in front of us. If we use the code target="_blank" then the offer pages will open in new window, right. But I was wondering if we could open those offer pages on new tabs instead of new windows. So for that what code should I write?

Yeah, realized this too a while back when I first started. :p

Another cool tip is to use image/graphic landers and then make the entire image "clickable". I typically use some sort of "call to action" button that may read "click here"; but a visitor doesn't have to click the button. He or she can click anywhere on the image and go to the offer page.

Same thing applies to none image landers; you can make an entire area "clickable" using an anchor tag an plain CSS

Ah yes, a mistake I made when starting out on PPV as well. Also important to always use that, so visitors come back to your LP when they close the offer tab. if you have multiple offers on them the visitors can convert a few times!(think offerwalls

I didn't understand the reasoning behind the original post, because I don't use PPV, but THIS is a good reason that I will keep in mind. I never opened in new window because I was afraid the user will just X it out instinctively.

Strange but when you open in a new window IE browser deletes prosper202 cookies and your subids become empty. Do you have this problem?

I'm really tired of this..... Changed 2 servers, and no way. I can not track this bug because it appers in 50% of cases. My computers with browsers work ok. By the way - referer also becomes blank! And I see that this happen on IE7, only if you make target="_blank"

Tested leadimpact toolbar. If you try to open in a new window - new window opens in the same size! 800*600! Popup window is resizable.

So I think it is a myth.
