Don't worry, If you carried on then you will get banned soon then no need to bypass captcha. Just kidding.
It seems that you are either posting forbidden links or just posting blindly without stopping.

No ... why would you want to unless you're planning on running something shady? Just do it properly and stick to genuine offers that pay a lot ... and facebook will want to work with you.

Seems that Facebook want to block "Blogger" and "Google Sites" for spamming, its just a Facebook-Google battle.
Tried to post a link (not spammy at all) from one of my old "Google Sites" to Facebook (haven´t posted anything for hours btw.) and get that annoying capcha codes over and over. Not able to proceed.

Finally found a way, used HootSuite! Text message with shortened link and attached image, checked and worked.
