Not really sure what your question is...I guess you wanna promote cpa offers and some networks are asking to provide a website?...many many cpa networks are asking for a site...try peerfly you don't need one...as for traffic say ppv, ppc, banners, seo and social sites...good luck

You don't need a website to promote cpa offers. You could do Search, Pop Traffic, Emailing etc. via direct linking. If you need any additional help / advice, feel free to contact me.

Yeah I think you need to figure out how you're going to get visitors to the site first, then determine if you even do what you're asking with that traffic.

There is no specific website used to promote cpa offers.. it will vary offer by offer, traffic source, marketer, etc..

If this is for applying for networks - just be honest with them if you don't have a website..
