Does Microsoft AdCenter care?

Looking for opinions on the following:

I have just opened up my first AdCenter account after using AdWords for so many years. I was credited with $350 in coupons that I put in to the site already.

This coupon was bought on Fiverr for $5 (obviously!)
But for an additional $5, I was given the option of getting two more sets of $350 in coupons ($700 worth.)

Does AdCenter permit or care if someone opens up multiple accounts, which I probably would need to do if I was to use these additional coupons? Does anyone know if they have a policy against this or if they would have no issue with this?

    I found this reply to the question from a member of their support team.

    Yes you are more then welcome to open more then one account. The only limits is that if you are going to use the same payment method (same credit card) on each account. You will be only limited to 3 accounts per credit card.

    Why did you move to adcenter? Adwords too expensive? I used them both, not impressed.

    I moved to AdCenter because AdWords are a big bunch of babies who don't give a damn about anybody's business but their own. People are guilty until proven innocent in their eyes.
