Looking to finally start paid traffic

Hey warriors
Looking for some resources, could be WSO's, on how the big boys buy traffic. I'm not talking facebook or google ads, been there, done that. Have a site that gets a good conversion rate, about 1 sale out of every 100 visits.Looking to ramp up traffic to the site.

I was going to grab Affiliate Bully but I missed the launch.

Any recommended resources?

For traffic quality you don't get much better than google. Also facebook should be able to give you your desired numbers as well. I think you might be adondoning them too quickly.

I'd still look along the lines of ppc traffic if you're just getting started, there are lots of wsos and courses for that traffic as well

Yeah, adwords seems to be one of the easier to understand the basics but the click prices, CPC, are outrageous especially in the fitness niche. Yes, you can say "know your keywords" but it's not that easy unless your KW's are absurdly longtail and that's not real world, ya know?

Adwords, Adwords, Adwords. That's how I make most of my money anyway, the trick is to combine Adwords with high paying "pay-per-lead" offers so you get AT LEAST $50 bucks a lead. Clicks are expensive and you can't become profitable with $3 a lead.

But yeah if you want some PPC help I've written some cool guides (not for sale but I can send you a copy, it's pretty good stuff and should teach you the basics about PPC). Shoot me a PM or something and I'll hook you up no probs.

Well I'm not combining it with any pay per lead programs. This is straight to my sales letters which Google is obviously not that high on, thus their quality score which makes it even more expensive to ramp things up.

If you don't want to go with Adwords you might want to try Adcenter, 7search or any other 2nd tier PPC network. The big boys buy traffic everywhere but the ones I listed never go out of fashion :-).

Just jumped into the display network since I hear it's easier/cheaper. Threw up a quick ad for my sales page and it got disapproved, says "site policy". I thought the display network wasn't as strict?

Yeah but if it's just a sales letter they automatically don't allow it. Thus I'm screwed.

II'm not a "big boy" but maybe this could help somebody.

My recommendation would be: "stay away from G. Adwords".
Lately they are extremely picky and the adwords policies are more and more difficult to fulfill. You are going to spend a lot of time there trying to get your ad approved, and its PPC prices are pretty high.
I've been there trying to set up a campaign through a couple of ads. They visited my site and forced me to make a first change. I did it.
Then they asked me for a second change. I did it.
Then the came back with another request of change. I also did it.
When they asked for another change (to remove my optin form!!), I phoned them. I asked why they do not ask all the changes they want in one shot not one after another in a never-ending story. The guy who I talked to just said "Adwords team is very selective, your campaign is still under review". That was all he said.
I just have a simple WP blog site with some unique articles about anxiety, stress and the like. Nothing special.
There are a lot of other PPC networks out there, much cheaper (cents per click) and by far less restrictions.
You can try with ZEDO, ADMARKETPLACE, CPX INTERACTIVE, 7 SEARCH, PLENTYofFISH, TRELLIAN. There are a lot more.
You can also try with a ppc tool of Russ Ruffino and better than that, you can search the paid traffic methods of Vick Strizheus.
        Good luck!
