Free tracking tool

Hi is there a free tracking tool/web to track my ad-campaigns?
I know hyper-tracker is there, however it is little bit out of my reach and i am a noob, so before i have some confidence and have tested the waters i could perhaps go for paid trackings, but before that i would like to use free tools available on the web.

Before you get frustrated or maybe give up using free tools, I'd advise you to stick with paid/well know tracking tools.

I 2nd the bevo media exchange. I recommend it for all newbies because its very easy to set up and just in case you need help with it, they have videos to show you how.
