Looking for non-us cpa network

Hello,

I'm looking for cpa network non-us based.Actually my traffic is from us but the problem is that my country does not have treaty for double tax avoidance with us, so that's a problem for me.

I found only maxbounty at that time.They are from Canada, but if you know any good network like this please tell me.

      You can join most of the networks but its better to have your own site and email with same domain to get accepted faster.

      You can try Mediadnet, Clixgalore, Linshare, Clixgalore, Shareasale, XYZ. Even if your business is not based in the U.S, it's not too difficult to get approved if you can assure them that your site is targeting U.S traffic (as most of their merchants are U.S based). Sometimes a quick phonecall will do it.

    I don't think ads4dough or maxbounty is in the US... I may be wrong though on ads4dough.

    In the UK you can try Advertising.com now owned by Platform-A (formerly AOL) or Drive PM. Others include Accelerator, Addvantage media and Tribal Fusion and maybe Ad Pepper. As far as I know they all should take overseas sites.
