Is this possible with incentive offers?

I wanted to ask if it is possible to have a incentive email/zip submit offer redirect to my desired page after the lead has submitted his email/zip?
For example if I were to offer an ebook for someone who completes the offer, I'd want the offer to redirect to a thank you- page where I'd have the DL link.
EDIT: I know about content lockers, but they seem more complicated than this would be. If this ain't possible, is it possible to have the content locker only display simple email/zip submit offers?
