Mundo Media ---> Anyone have a good contact?

So far, I dig Mundo Media as they have some good offers that work well with my style of marketing.

However, my big issue is my AM. The AM was real responsive when I first joined and wanted to get set up, but since then, it's been like trying to pull teeth in regards to communication:

1. Emails rarely get returned, if at all. And when they do, it's usually several days later.
2. Msg through Skype? yeah right.
3. Out of the 5 times I've call over the past several weeks (including once today), the AMs voicemail couldn't accept any messages!

Anyone have a solid contact over there that can actually provide some support?

    I'm not with Mundo Media but what you can try is contacting their general support central, tell them that your AM is not responding to queries and that you would like another one.

    How long has this been occurring? If this is a recent thing, as in this week, please remember alot of networks were at ASE this and they might be swamped. But, if this is something that has been going on for quite some time then try to contact someone else.
