500 Sign Ups in a Month

Hey,

I need to guarantee a new client 500 registered users in the health industry by the first of October. As well, 500 FB fans and wholesale account sign ups to 5.

What method do you recommend, and what Ad spend is most economical?

White hat methods are greatly preferred, but I'm open to all suggestions, in order to help me understand all possible options.

I'm planning to suggest one or more of the following primary methods for obtaining traffic:
  1. POF.com Ads
  2. Facebook.com Ads
  3. Media Buying
  4. PPC (Adwords, Bing, Infolinks)
Also, I may recommend the following secondary methods for gaining sustained organic traffic, social signals and success beyond October:
  • Twitter
  • Facebook
  • Google+
  • Press Releases
I really appreciate your feedback on this one, ASAP. I've got a proposal due tomorrow, and I'm learning this curve right now...

  • You will need a decent budget for some of that advertising, though it can be done.
    FB ads are a quick easy way to get likes, and media buys can be decent traffic but are normally pretty expensive. Not just PoF, but things like BuySellAds/BuyAds.

    You may focus on Adcenter PPC as opposed to Adsense for budget concerns.
