My Goals For My New Site

My goals is to get as much content on my new site. I will be able to monetize it as much as possible with CPA and CPC
HomeCartLive.com

Gawkon.com - I might sell this one since I need to add a million amazon and cpa links to it
I don't have enough time in the day lol, flippa is good and the design is worth 5k or more, i don't know

Hmm looks interesting. Do you do the design yourself?

What type of offers do you plan on promoting on HomeCartLive.com?

EDIT: Nevermind. lol Just read your signature. 2nd question still stands.

I'll promote clickbank and commission junction as well as amazon and I also have a space for links to be added by service providers.

I mean't what type of CPA offers do you plan on promoting. Just random offers? Or a specific niche?

    Mate, take my advice:

    - build your own brand site
    - focus on niches, not A-Z product selections
    - write unique content
    - focus on content quality rather than quantity
    - go into video marketing on YouTube
    - use social media bookmarker tools

I thought about that. I'm a web designer and I guess if I partner with a warrior then maybe we can start a brand. I'll start looking for a partner today, hopefully someone with funds for a domain and marketing.

Thanks guys! xtwistx you're right...I think I'll set a goal to improve my marketing and make a certain amount per month. So far it's just about $300 per month combined (my visitors stay on amazon for a while and shop there). I'll keep both sites instead of selling.

How much does this site make monthly? 5k seems like a lot. Just my opinion. The domain is great though!

Other than that I agree with Shipwrecked... Build brands, not websites.

I believe he meant the website design could have cost $5k. In my opinion, it does not look all that great (primarily due to the bright color..) though the first site you posted looks much more professional.

Honestly, I don't think that site would sell for much unless it had substancial revenue. The design isn't great and I'm not too sure about the concept. A website usually sells for around 10-12 times monthly revenue, depending on the listing copy and a bunch of other factors.

I agree with shipwrecked, you need to build a brand and a relationship with your customers. It doesn't matter if your a web designer, you can learn new skills. In fact, it would be a good idea to learn marketing skills unless you simply want to be a freelance designer, and even then, marketing skills could be beneficial to promote your own services.
