Incentive Network with Weekly Payments from day one?

Hey,

I run the PPD website DollarFiles.net and I'm looking to change our payment terms to weekly, therefore I'm also looking for an incentive friendly network who will pay weekly too.. anyone know of any who will pay weekly from the time i sign up?
