Facebook ad question

If I want to use the same title and body to an ad but only want to change the picture, do I have to created a new ad for each picture?

Also, if my daily spend is 50/day and I have 5 ads running, is that 50 total for all 5 or is is 5x50=250/day?

  Greedy is correct, one thing I'd add is just use the "Create similar" link, which replicates your existing ad, and just put a new picture there.
