Own content locker better?

What is the difference between an own content locker and a content locker from a network? How does the own one work?

Can i earn more with an own one?

    Do you mean "if I use my own?"

    Both have their disadvantage and advantages.

    Generally you have more control over the self-hosted one, but I've never had any issues with the content lockers from networks.

    Having your own you have to pretty much keep on top of the offers and make sure to update when other offers go dead. Generally incentive offers are lower per lead compared to the ones on networks that give you better commissions. That's why I like to use content locking networks when I'm making a content locked website. Plus its just easier for me on the tech support side. If its self hosted by you and something goes wrong and your not a programmer you need to hire one to figure out your problem and then you can be up in the thousands for a coder rather then joining a free network

    I recommend you join a quality incentive based content locking network, I have been using cpagrip.com and it just runs on auto pilot which means set it and forget it, I just log in to check my stats every day and that's it!

    Depends on the network! Our locker automatically shows the best offers and auto populates the offers based on the geo location of the traffic. You will also find that you have control over most of the design aspect so you can make the locker look just like you need it. The other benefit of seeing the EPC and CR% in a network is based on thousands of users so you know that the best offers are always showing. Also when using a network you don't have to upload hundreds of offers as network lockers will automatically do that for you.

    If you're using your own content locker, you'll need really good content-locking offers. So in either case you'll need to sign up for a good content-locking network Once you're already signed up, the network's content locker would be easier to use and require less work from you. You don't want to have to manually choose offers, test them, change your offers, rinse and repeat. And still not be sure that you're using the best, most up-to-date ones. Also the geolocation issue comes into play as well, as Adwork mentioned.

    Sign up for a few and see which does best, but Adscend has been rated higher than any other content-locking network in industry poll after industry poll And we started in early 2009 - long before most others.
