I could use some helpful ideas with plenty of fish, when it comes to the delivery section on creating an ad what would be the best setting for distribution and frequency ?

    Honestly there is a lot of great POF information posted everyday.

    • Not sure if it's the best settings but what I do is set distribution to ASAP because my campaigns are pretty tightly targeted and I only run them at peak times.

      I set frequency to between 3-5 per day.

      You can always duplicate campaigns with different settings and see what effect it has.
