Need Affordable traffic for United Kingdom

I have an offer that is targeting UK, but that will not be approved on Bing or on Google. I tried 7search and Advertise.com, but their UK traffic is nonexistent.

Does anybody know of any paid source of traffic, excluding SEO, that would be bring in lots of UK visitors?

    You can try to advertise in Facebook.
    They base on the demographic to target.
    M/F, single?, Interest, Age...
    so their traffic quality is pretty high.

    Once you've found yourself a traffic seller feel free to PM me and I'll set you up with a free account of traffic auditing tool which detects and flags up fraud/fake traffic. That way if you're sold worthless traffic you at least have the evidence to demand your money back!
