    Content lockers are basically used in junction with cpa offers. The traffic from such content lockers are classifed under "incentivized", meaning they got something in return for completing a cpa offer.After completion of the cpa offer, whatever was offered to them will be "unlocked", hence the name "content locking".

    This comes in many forms, from movies to bots to game hack apps,etc. Most of these content lockers are hoaxes and do not really give what they promise.
    Some CPA networks that are exclusively incentivized are blamads,cpabeyond.

    I would personally advise you to stay away from this but that is entirely your own choice.

    You got a website. You have some valuable content on it. The visitors comes and tries to see the content. The content locker appears and ask visitors to complete an offer in order to unlock and see the content. Visitor completes the offer and then the content becomes available to check out. You then get paid. Super simple.
