I use a lot of networks but right now there isn't any one I can recommend.. getting problems from a lot of networks I never had problems with in the past. Pixels not firing, scrubbing, getting blacklisted after sending 3 leads, etc.

The offers you are talking about are called email submits (or zip submits). Most email submit advertisers require the user to fulfill a bunch of requirements, but eventually they can get the gift card mentioned. I have an article on how email/zip submits work at:
