If I promote a cpa offer that its url is http://www.sitename.com/thecpaoffer
what If I put the main page of the site- http://www.sitename.com/ as the targeted url in my ppv campaign? will it work?

I don't think so.

Let say if I want to promote my WSO in my signature,
Can I just type : www.warriorforum.com ?

Let say if I want to share one video I love on Youtube,
Can I just share www. youtube.com?

Most ppv networks will not allow this, as well as it will likely sour your relationship with the network/merchant

It is bottom feeder strategy.

Also most offers specifically are against this sort of targeting.

Not recommended. As was mentioned, most PPV networks frown upon it and nearly all advertisers that know what they are doing will restrict it

I think most of the PPV networks will not allow it. You can find out one but I doubt about the time that you will be unbanned.
