Account balance not paid off in full by network

So, one of the networks I am with is not paying off my account balance in full. There is a minimum payment release of $1000; but whenever I hit this amount I get paid perhaps $700 - $800 of it, leaving at least a couple of hundred dollars in the account.

I am simply wondering if this is standard practice. Considering that all the payments have been invoiced, I see no clear reason why some of the payout would be withheld. It is a bit frustrating because it practically obliges me to continue pushing traffic for the network (whether I would wish to or not) in the hope of getting the full account balance paid up.

    • I've contacted my AM a couple of times but there has been no response. He's somewhat mercurial - he responds to around half of my emails, regardless of the subject matter. The TOS say nothing about this matter, indeed they are outdated (speaking of payment options that no longer exist).

      It IS a network with a good reputation, so I'm not overly-concerned. And I will get back in touch with them. Just wanted to float the subject out there beforehand to get some feedback.
  • Most networks have the Net15/30/45/60 payments, which means anything earned in the last X days can't be cashed out instantly.

    So if you have a balance of $1000 but $300 of that was earned in the past week, then only $700 could be paid out until the next pay period.
  • Thanks for the reply Christian. That would make sense to me - I'm with other networks that implement the NET system - but this particular network does not mention it in its TOS or has ever done so to me. From what I understood, it was a straightforward cashout-at-$1000 arrangement. Invoices are updated on a weekly basis too.

    I'll try getting in touch with one of the higher-ups if the AM is unresponsive again.
