Landing page options + subscribing

Hello,

I'm planning to promote CB and/or CPA products with PPC (Adwords and Bing). Now, what I want to know is how should I make the landing page. Should it be OFFER + option to join list or ONLY offer or ONLY list?

For example, let's say I want to promote weight loss diets, what should be the title of my subscribe box? What should I send them? OF course some free information, but how about the real diet programs that I'm affiliated with? Should I send them the offer immediately or how this thing works. I'm very curious about it.

Thanks

  • If your main goal is to build a list and collect visitors data then avoid doing that on bing or adwards.
To be able to do that you need to build a website with good content.

Use media buys (banners), PPV to collect visitors details.

  • My main is goal is to build list and make money (make sales).
So basically I can do that if around this "Landing page" is a website with good content? Now I can outsource good content, but how much do I need?

The other thing is, if I have so "called" website with good content, then can I lead ppl from PPC to landing page where is also an AFFILIATE link? OR does this LINK have to be yours?

    Any other recommendations?

    • Yes, you can. As long as you need to know your main goal is to build your list.

  • You can do both things same time. Put the opt-in page between Ad & Offer.

If you are using PPC ( Adwords Or Bing) here is the flow of visitor

visitor clicks on your ad -> lands on OPT-IN page -> fill the email and click submit -> direct to offer page.

Unless you are experienced OR you know what you are doing - do not start with google adwords right away. CPC is very high on google. You can try on some tier2 search engines like 7search before you spend big money on PPC. Be alert when you are setting campaigns using PPC. If not careful they will suck thousands of dollars in a single day. Use "Daily Budget" limitations on any campaign.

  • I would suggest staying away from Adwords with CPA offers they will ban you. At least when you are starting out.

What I suggest doing is going to Bing and doing a search for a main keyword in your niche and see what you competitors are doing.

Then try to come up with a way to out do them.
