What do you mean by "organic"? Google search traffic?

Also have you called your affiliate manager yet?

Organic.. meaning all my traffic comes from search results. I dont have an affiliate manager.. I thought that was reserved for high performers.

I received a similar notice yesterday from CJ. Mine stated this which is a little less detailed than yours.

Commission Junction is currently investigating your account and has the following inquiries regarding your promotional methods:

Please explain how you drive traffic to your site and how do you promote CJ advertisers.

Please reply to this inquiry within 5 days of the mailing date.
I use organic, youtube, and paid traffic through 7search which doesn't violate terms set forth by the advertisers "program terms" It almost seems like this is a standard practice. Maybe since it's getting close to the end of the year.

Have you heard from CJ yet on the states of their inquiry?

This is What they want from you

1- Tell them where you advertise and where you put their links
2- How you advertise for the offer such as
I've a website about Shoes and i put shoes ads on it, or if you do incentives tell them what you offer the visitor to sign up or to join the offer

If you're clean, Be honest and tell them exactly what you do to generate A Leads, Other wise if you being dishonest, just leave it and try all over
CJ.COM Is not the company to play with, they are 100% Legit

CJ doesn't have a setup like Peerfly or Maxbounty where you can call an affiliate manager. All correspondence is through their email system within their dashboard. You can email the Advertiser within CJ's dashboard and if you want to talk to an affiliate manager you will have to find the phone number of the affiliate manager that works for the company you are promoting.

Actually its not a problem. They accept the organic, YouTube, Social network traffics etc. So you don't have to worry actually.
