Building own banners- How?

Hey,

I got another question.
When building banners for campaigns, they obviously have to match the requirements from the ad platform. Let's say POF, the banner has to be 110x80.

1. What if I want to create own banners- How do you find images which exactly meet those requirements? At the moment I'm trying to create a POF ad for example, but I'm not finding a picture in that size. Of course I could resize, but usually the picture looks completly stretched and weird then. So what do you do?

2. Doesn't have to do anything with number 1, but I'm still wondering- Is it better to create an own landing page or not? On FB this is a must as far as I know, what about POF and other traffic sources? And what's the easiest way to build a landing page?

To be honest i create everything myself banners, Landers etc , Reason ? I GET WHAT I WANT and also i have more control over my creatives , Get Photoshop and start creating your own its not hard job at all , YouTube has tons of tutorials on using almost every software

If you are little technically good , its better to learn photoshop albeit slowly. Banners are the most important factors that decide whether your campaigns will be successful or not.

Till you learn that , you can use "xheader" - a free banner creation software.

Obviously things can be outsourced , but putting your exact idea on the banner is not possible for any graphic designer. Especially for a $5 fiverr gig. Either you need to learn creating your banner or find a graphic designer who understands PPC marketing.
