[ask] CPM Network ads for beginner and forum site

Dear All Warriors,

This is my first posting, and been looking for a possible monetize my website.
It is not a commercial site, it is a forum site / community site to discuss all about positive things about my country Indonesia.

I have two questions :
1. what is the best CPM ads network for me to start ? have high payment for my specific site ( forum site, indonesian target )
2. Is there any article about how to be a CPM millionaire ? :p

Currently my intention is to just finance my dedicated server from CPM ads

    1. TrafficRevenue
    2. CPMLeader
    You might ask me are they trusted? Well all I can say is that they are good until you are making money and don't expect high CPM like $2 per 1000 impressions. Popular CPM sites will not accept your site.

    I have managed to earn $ 400 until now with TrafficRevenue as I have low impressions. Try and let me know here!
