rock, do you offer people money, gift cards, free stuff for filling out cpa offers?
I wonder how some of those sites that offer free ipods or xbox 360 do it unless they are using cpa offers that pay $20+ each. If so, how come I cannot find such incentive offers on big networks like CJ, max bounty, or copeac? I'll keep on looking.

You should ask your AM about incentivized offer permission, as
things may vary based on the network and the affiliate marketer.
A network may allow one person to incent but not another, they
aren't likely to let a noob join their network and promote incents
right away, so it helps to be established before inquiring.

It won't be helpful for me to divulge (on a public forum) which
network allows it for the reasons I previously stated. Obviously
some networks permit incents or this would not be a business
model. If you really want to know, contact your AM (affiliate
manager) at your network(s) or visit GPT/GoGreen sites, view
their source code and contact the networks that provide their
offers.

  I signed up for TopInternetRewards.com and when people use my referral link on the first page it looks like they are being referred by me and then on the next page it says 'not referred'. So now the people who signed up under me don't even show up in my account. Either this is a glitch in your page or you simply scam people to earn profits. Either way your site needs to be fixed.

FSR is a very crappy script that has many security problems, the database is so screwed up that anyone that runs one and has alot of members it requires a dedicated server because the database runs too many processes.

FSR has all of these features as well and more. I have several FSR powered sites and have not had any problems. Whenever a bug did come up, it was promptly fixed by the owner Chris and his team, who are professional coders.

I have over 13,000 members and the FSR script is more than capable of handling this. Support is second to none and Chris will help you with things outside of their scope of their customer support including things like html, postback URL's, creating new sites etc.
Trust me, when you start a new incentive site, you will need this kind of support because like everything else, there is a learning curve.

It is true that it is difficult for users to earn enough points to receive an xbox or hdtv or whatever, as it would take forever with email submits and downloads. However, once you have members that have received gifts that are of lesser value, then it is not uncommon that they will complete the higher paying offers to receive the more expensive gifts as there is trust established.

Another thing I would like to add is you have to do good keyword research before setting up a new site. There is no use in saying "right, I want to give away free xbox consoles for points" and create a site called freexobx.com with the objective of getting ranked in the organic listings for the keyword "free xbox"... 143,000,000 competing pages! Good luck.

You have to target lower competition keywords and also gifts which will give the user a realistic chance of actually receiving his or her freebie. Things like game cards, xbox points, Maplestory etc. In other words, you need to find stuff that people are searching for, keywords you can rank for and stuff the user has realistic chance of actually receiving.

This is where a good incentive script like FSR comes into play. You can easily set up a new site in cpanel targeting a keyword you can rank for.

Here is a keyword I would target when setting up a new site: "free pokemon online",7,790 results direct match. I know I can get onto the first page of Google with relative ease for this phrase. So when you set up a new site/subdomain, you could call it freepokemononline.mydomain.com, get some good backlinks and within a couple of weeks you can get it to the first page of the serps. This site might only get you 20 or 30 visitors a day but you can have 20, 30 or even hundreds of sites receiving 20 - 30 visits or more a day, I think you get the point. There are some real gems out there with less than 10,000 competing pages and thousands of searches a month.

Try ranking for free ipod or free xbox and see how far you get. Incentive sites have to be treated like any other site, adsense, niche sites, etc with the same approach; keyword research, SEO, backlinks etc.

I have multiple incentive-based sites. No problems using incentivised traffic at any of the major networks; I have no idea what you guys are talking about when you say "most networks don't do incentivised." The payouts for incentivised tend to be crap because the traffic is crap, but there are some gems like Stamps.com -- available through multiple networks, pays out more than $10 PA -- that help balance out the crap commissions.

I have found a number of incentive offers that pay well, but most are trial offers that require a credit card and sometimes a purchase, which greatly reduces conversion rates.

I am trying to find someone to create a custom website design that can integrate my script within the site. I'll keep all of you up to date on my site's progress.

This is a great business model to follow. That's where all the free ipods and xbox advertisements I see online. You should click all those links to see the site that you go on. That way you can model what they do or see what other prizes are hot. I would say, go for it and stick to one business model. It will be worth your time.

And for networks many networks do allow incentive traffic to some offers you just ask your AM and they will guide you best ..
