There are a million and one reasons why your offer might not be converting. Maybe you chose the wrong keywords. Maybe the traffic type doesn't convert for your offer. Maybe the offer simply doesn't convert.

We can't really help you unless you tell us the specifics of what you're doing.

Hello Ampli, some advertiser are consider scrubbing your leads, this happens to me as well while bring over 4k visitors(in past) with pure organic visitors for an offer, you just need to split test as they have different CR, I shared this information with my friend as I split to 5 same offer but different advertise, one of them get 0%, 1.79% and one gets 6.99%

It doesn't matter if your lead are real, some advertise will set a rate to scrub off your leads, go for higher pay out offer and avoid those $1 leads.

I`d disagree , Even for advertiser to scrub you do need traffic , In OPs case we even don`t know what is traffic source , is it targeted or not and how is he promoting offer also one hundred clicks are not enough to determine weather advertiser is scrubbing or not ,. Yes advertisers do scrub but only when you have traffic

Probably getting scrubbed... or his traffic source is low quality and his keywords are not on point so he's not getting the correct traffic. There's many reasons to why its not converting. If you just think your going to send paid traffic to an offer and expect results its not going to work. You have to test offers to make sure they convert, choose certain keywords and keep testing.

If no one wants it, then don't expect a lead. Most people don't understand that even if it's just an email submits, if they don't know why they should fill up the form, then don't expect a conversion. And sometimes, email submits are pure crap.

If you have more than 2 or three steps people have to take on your autoresponder, than you need to downgrade it. If you just require the email address, than they are more likely to come in.

How are you promoting them? What traffic source? How are you targeting? What offers are you using? That is just some info we need to help.

Have you added Google analytic account to your adwords.IF yes look your search term of visitors who are clicking your ads. Search terms will help you to find exact reason why u not getting conversion.

    Do keywords research again.
    Change your call to action
    Change type of offering
create some different ads that can explain your business theme.

    cheers!

It's all about testing my friend. however, the frequent problem is keyword, cpa network or maybe the offer.

Test, Test and Test the one who work scale it up.

1- Double check the offer your self. like try to do it once or ask someone in the offer country to do it completely, They might be asking for credit card info, or cell phone numbers and most likley people won't do that so easy.
Other wise change that offer and use the one that works
    Good luck
